If you start the exercise bike/elliptical cross trainer, but the screen turns off after a few seconds, check the following:
Make sure all apps that the product might connect to are completely closed on your phone or tablet. If an app is not completely closed on your phone or tablet, the product will automatically connect to it and the screen will turn off.
