Check that the power cord is properly plugged into the treadmill into a grounded outlet and that the switch is in the ON or I position. If the display still does not respond, check the fuse next to the switch. If it is broken, please contact our customer service.
Did you just install the treadmill? Then check whether the cables in the right handlebar post are damaged or broken. If this is the case, you can order new cables from us.
