How do I return my product?

Go to my account and select the order you want to return. Click on return and fill in the return form. You will be contacted within 24 hours for a collection appointment.

You can track the status of your return request in my account. These are the different phases: 

1. Request has been received 

2. Product has arrived and is being checked 

3. Product is approved and you get your money back

You will also receive an email with each status. This way you stay constantly informed and you do not have to log in every time.
For a successful return procedure, the product must be unused, returned to its original packaging and placed on the ground floor for the driver to take with him. If you did not create an account when placing an order and you still want to return a product, please contact us via the telephone number or email address below.
